🕒 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

📦 Shipping Locations

We ship orders within the United States and internationally, including Canada, Mexico, and other select countries. If you are outside the U.S. and unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us before placing an order.

🚛 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with leading carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Shipping rates and options will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (USA): 1–5 business days

  • International: 3–10 business days depending on the destination and customs processing

📦 Freight Shipping

For larger orders or heavy industrial equipment, we offer LTL and freight shipping options. Freight delivery details and rates will be provided after checkout or upon request.

🧾 Taxes & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or brokerage fees. These charges are not included at checkout and vary by country.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your shipment.

🏭 Special Order & Factory-Sourced Products

Certain products may be classified as Special Order or Factory-Sourced items based on availability.

Factory shipments typically require 1–10 business days for us to receive the product before it is prepared for final shipment to the customer.

In some cases, a product may become unavailable due to manufacturer constraints. If this occurs, the customer will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued within two (2) business days.
