Returns & Order Terms

Power Industrial | Effective: January 25, 2022

Power Industrial supplies industrial automation, electrical, and MRO components. Many products are factory-sourced, special-order, or procured specifically for each transaction. As such, returns and cancellations are strictly limited and subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Stock Items

  • Eligible for return within 15 days of delivery
  • Subject to a 30% restocking fee

Special Order / Non-Stock / Factory-Sourced Items

  • All such items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund
  • Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed and processed
  • Includes factory-direct shipments and items not immediately available for shipment

Used, Installed, Modified, or Damaged Items

  • Not eligible for return under any circumstances

2. Return Authorization (RMA)

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be approved prior to returning any product.

RMA requests must include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Product details

Returns without an approved RMA will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

3. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original, unopened packaging
  • All documentation, manuals, and accessories must be included
  • Items must be received within 10 business days of RMA approval
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

All returned products are subject to inspection prior to approval of any credit or refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

Any damage or defect must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

Approved claims will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and support policies.

5. Shipping Insurance

Shipments are not insured unless explicitly requested in writing and confirmed on the official quote or invoice.

If insurance is not requested, all risk transfers to the customer once the shipment is released to the carrier.

6. Product Versions & Specifications

Products may vary by firmware, software, or hardware revision.

Any required version, revision, or specification must be clearly requested in writing prior to order confirmation.

Returns will not be accepted due to version differences unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to purchase.
