How fast do quotes come back?
Most quote requests are answered within 30 minutes during business hours (Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CT), with price and lead time. Requests sent after hours are answered first thing the next business day.
When will my order ship?
In-stock items ordered before 2:00 PM CT ship the same business day from our U.S. warehouse. Items we need to source usually ship in 7–10 business days — we confirm the lead time before your order is processed.
What does shipping cost?
Ground shipping is free on US orders of $200 or more. Below that, ground is $15.55 for packages up to 5 lb and $55 for 5–70 lb. Expedited air is offered at checkout, and we ship to Canada, Mexico and other countries. See the shipping policy.
How do returns work?
Stock items can be returned within 15 days of delivery with a return authorization (RMA); a restocking fee applies. Special-order and factory-sourced items are final sale. Email us with the order number to start a return — full terms are in the return policy.
